Find quick answers about HealthOrbit AI—setup, EHR integration, clinical notes, languages, accuracy, security, pricing, trials and support.
Contact our teamWhat is HealthOrbit AI?+
HealthOrbit AI is a healthcare AI platform for clinical documentation, patient access, medical coding and claim validation. Teams can start with the workflow they need and expand across the platform over time.
Can HealthOrbit AI integrate with our existing systems?+
Yes. HealthOrbit AI is EHR-agnostic and can integrate with major systems through FHIR APIs, HL7 or custom middleware. Enterprise implementations are configured with your IT and clinical teams.
Which languages does HealthOrbit AI support?+
The platform supports more than 65 spoken and written languages. Exact language availability can vary by product and implementation, so confirm your required language set during the discovery call.
Is a free trial available?+
Yes. The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial, while Enterprise includes a one-month trial designed around the organisation’s workflows and implementation requirements.
How much does HealthOrbit AI cost?+
Pro is £40 per clinician per month, or £33 per clinician per month when billed annually. Enterprise pricing is tailored to users, products, integrations, hosting and contract scope.
What support is included?+
Pro includes priority chat and email support with a 24-hour response SLA. Enterprise includes 24×7 phone and chat support, a customer success manager, SLA-backed support and tailored onboarding.
What is an Ambient AI Scribe?+
Software that listens passively during a consultation and generates a structured clinical note automatically, no dictation, no manual typing. It works in the background so the clinician stays focused on the patient.
What is ambient listening technology?+
The underlying capability that lets Ambient AI Scribe passively capture and interpret conversation during a consultation, without the clinician dictating, prompting, or interacting with it directly.
Does Ambient AI Scribe replace the clinician's judgment?+
No. It documents what’s discussed. The clinician reviews and approves every note before it joins the patient record.
What types of clinical documents can it generate?+
Structured notes, referral letters, discharge summaries, and handover notes, all from the same consultation, with no extra input needed.
Is patient audio stored after the note is generated?+
No. Audio is encrypted throughout the consultation and permanently deleted once the note is ready. It is never used to train AI models.
What is an AI medical receptionist?+
Software that answers patient calls, books and reschedules appointments, and handles routine requests the way a front desk team does, across multiple calls at once, around the clock.
How does ORA handle high call volumes?+
ORA answers multiple simultaneous calls with no queue. Bookings, reschedules, and routine queries are handled in parallel so no patient is left on hold.
Does ORA replace my reception team?+
No. ORA is an AI front desk that handles routine tasks and passes anything needing human judgement to your team, with full context attached. It supports your reception staff. It does not replace them.
Is ORA secure and compliant?+
Yes. Every call is encrypted and logged with a full audit trail. ORA operates under ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Does ORA integrate with our existing systems?+
Yes. ORA connects with leading practice management and patient administration systems. Fully configured to your workflows before go-live. No new hardware required.
What is an AI medical coding engine?+
Software that reads a clinical note, assigns accurate medical codes, and validates them against current guidelines. Nothing reaches your billing team until every code is checked.
How accurate is it?+
Around 95% with complete clinical documentation. More importantly, every code is traceable to the clinical detail and guideline that generated it, not a coder’s interpretation under time pressure.
Does it work across different countries and billing systems?+
Yes. The engine validates against ICD-10 and CPT as the foundation, then applies local modifier rules and output formats based on where you are billing. It was not built around one market and retrofitted for others.
Can it reduce claim denials?+
Yes. Many denials originate from avoidable errors, bundling conflicts, sequencing mistakes, and missing modifiers. The Coding Engine catches these before submission, reducing the volume of claims that come back for correction.
Does this replace medical coders?+
No. The engine assigns codes first. Your coders review, adjust if needed, and sign off. Complex cases still require expert judgement.
What is claim scrubber software?+
A pre-submission validation tool. It checks claim files for frequency violations, bundling errors, modifier conflicts, and sequencing issues before they reach the payer.
How is Claim Scrubber different from coding accuracy checks?+
A correct code does not guarantee a clean claim. Claim Scrubber runs the same checks payers run internally, covering frequency rules, bundling logic and adjudication patterns, before anything is submitted.
Does Claim Scrubber work with full batches or single claims?+
Full batches and XML files, processed at once. Scales with your submission volume. No claim-by-claim review needed.
What happens when Claim Scrubber flags an error?+
Every flagged error includes a plain-language explanation of the rule that triggered it. Your team corrects at source before anything reaches the clearinghouse.
Is Claim Scrubber suitable for large health systems?+
Yes. High-volume batches validated at scale. Consistent payer logic applied across every facility, department, and physician group.
How does HealthOrbit AI protect patient data?+
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Patient information is accessible only to authorised users, access is monitored and logged, and the platform runs on secure cloud infrastructure.
Has HealthOrbit AI completed third-party security assessments?+
HealthOrbit AI undergoes penetration testing and independent vulnerability assessment to validate infrastructure and application security. NHS clinical-safety and data-protection documentation is available through the Trust Center.
Does HealthOrbit AI support NHS DTAC compliance?+
HealthOrbit AI aligns with NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria. The supporting DPIA, DCB0129 clinical-safety and DSPT documentation can be requested by implementation and procurement teams.
Where can I request compliance documents?+
Visit the Trust Center for an overview, then request the full compliance pack or specific NHS documents through the compliance enquiry form.
